                         A metodologia aplicada envolveu a produ{\c{c}}{\~a}o de mapas de 
                         uso e cobertura do solo para os anos de 1973, 1993, 2007 e 2017, e 
                         de um mapa de vulnerabilidade ambiental dos impactos causados por 
                         esta minera{\c{c}}{\~a}o para o ano de 2017, obtido por meio da 
                         aplica{\c{c}}{\~a}o de an{\'a}lise multicrit{\'e}rio baseado 
                         na an{\'a}lise hier{\'a}rquica de processos (AHP) e no 
                         m{\'e}todo de Pondera{\c{c}}{\~a}o Linear Simples. Os 
                         resultados obtidos demonstraram um alto grau de vulnerabilidade 
                         ambiental na {\'a}rea no qual h{\'a} expans{\~a}o da 
                         explora{\c{c}}{\~a}o mineral, sinalizando que as medidas 
                         mitigadoras realizadas nas {\'a}reas j{\'a} exploradas pela 
                         mineradora n{\~a}o garantem a sustentabilidade ambiental da APA, 
                         principalmente na {\'a}rea de expans{\~a}o futura e j{\'a} 
                         licenciada para essa explora{\c{c}}{\~a}o mineral. ABSTRACT: The 
                         present study evaluates the environmental impacts caused by the 
                         expansion of mineral exploration in the C{\'o}rrego da Contagem 
                         watershed, inserted in the Environmental Protection Area (APA) of 
                         Cafuringa-DF. The applied methodology involved the production of 
                         land use and land cover maps for the years 1973, 1993, 2007 and 
                         2017 and a map of environmental vulnerability of the impacts 
                         caused by this mining for the year 2017 obtained through the 
                         application of multicriteria analysis based on the weighted linear 
                         combination method followed by hierarchical process analysis (AHP) 
                         and map algebra algorithm. The results obtained demonstrated a 
                         high degree of environmental vulnerability in the study area in 
                         which there is expansion of the mineral exploration, indicating 
                         that the mitigation measures carried out in the areas already 
                         exploited by the mining company do not guarantee the environmental 
                         sustainability of the APA, mainly in the area of future expansion 
                         and already licensed for this mineral exploration.",
