                         de condutividade ionosf{\'e}rica integrada ao longo das linhas de 
                         campo magn{\'e}tico para a regi{\~a}o E equatorial brasileira. 
                         Nessa nova vers{\~a}o foram incorporados os modelos IRI 2007, 
                         MSIS-00 e o IGRF10. Tamb{\'e}m foram incorporadas diversas 
                         equa{\c{c}}{\~o}es de taxas de colis{\~o}es 
                         {\'{\i}}ons-neutros e el{\'e}trons-neutros combinadas 
                         atrav{\'e}s da equa{\c{c}}{\~a}o de transfer{\^e}ncia do 
                         momentum. Com este modelo aprimorado foram feitos estudos das 
                         condutividades locais e integradas para a regi{\~a}o do radar 
                         RESCO, um radar coerente em 50 MHz localizado em S{\~a}o 
                         Lu{\'{\i}}s (2.3║ S, 44.2║ W, dip: -0.5║) capaz de detectar a 
                         presen{\c{c}}a das irregularidades de plasma de 3 metros e o 
                         efeito Doppler causado pelo seu deslocamento em 
                         rela{\c{c}}{\~a}o ao radar. Uma vez que o deslocamento das 
                         irregularidades do tipo 2 {\'e} proporcional {\`a} intensidade 
                         do campo el{\'e}trico, n{\'o}s medimos indiretamente o campo 
                         vertical do eletrojato equatorial. A partir deste {\'u}ltimo e 
                         com base nas condutividades nas alturas da regi{\~a}o E obtidas 
                         com o modelo obtivemos o campo el{\'e}trico zonal, o qual entre 
                         as 8 e 18 h local apresenta valores m{\'e}dios entre 0,13 e 0,49 
                         mV/m. Por fim, realizamos um estudo do comportamento dos campos 
                         el{\'e}tricos zonal ao incluirmos colis{\~o}es an{\^o}malas de 
                         el{\'e}trons no c{\'a}lculo dos campos el{\'e}tricos. ABSTRACT: 
                         In the present work we have improved the Field Aligned Integrated 
                         Conductivity Model originally developed for the Brazilian 
                         Equatorial E-Region. In this new version the models IRI 2007, 
                         MSIS-00 and IGRF10 were incorporated. Also, equations for the 
                         ion-neutral and electron-neutral collision frequencies have been 
                         updated and combined through the momentum equation. Afterwards, we 
                         have performed studies of the local and integrated conductivities 
                         at the RESCO radar site, which is a 50 MHz coherent back-scatter 
                         radar located in S{\~a}o Lu{\'{\i}}s (2.3░ S, 44.2░ W, dip: 
                         -0.5░) capable to detect the presence of the plasma irregularities 
                         of the order of 3 meters and the Doppler effect caused by their 
                         relative displacement with respect to the radar. Since the 
                         displacement of the type 2 irregularities is proportional to the 
                         intensity of the driving electric field, we are indirectly 
                         measuring the vertical electric field of the equatorial 
                         electrojet. From the electric field and based on the 
                         conductivities at the region E heights provided by the 
                         conductivity model, we were able to obtain the zonal electric 
                         field, which resulted average values ranging from 0.13 to 0.49 mV/ 
                         m between 8 and 18 h (LT). Finally, we have studied the effects in 
                         the zonal electric fields when anomalous electron-neutral 
                         collision frequencies are included in the model.",
