linhas de campo geomagn{\'e}tico foi desenvolvido para se obter
as condutividades nos setores brasileiro e peruano. O modelo
considera a ionosfera e a atmosfera neutra composta por multi
                         esp{\'e}cies e usa os modelos IRI-2007, MISIS-2000 e IGRF-11 como
par{\^a}metros de entrada para a ionosfera, atmosfera neutra e
campo geomagn{\'e}tico, respectivamente. Os principais resultados
do estudo mostram que (1) os campos el{\'e}tricos s{\~a}o mais
                         intensos no ROJ do que no OSL. (2) O campo el{\'e}trico {\'e}

seasonal variabilities of the Equatorial Electrojet electric
fields in the East (Brazil, S{\~a}o Lu{\'{\i}}s Observatory -
                         OSL, \$2,33^{}\$S, \$44,2^{}\$ W, \$5^{}\$S dip latitude)
and West (Peru, Jicamarca Radio Observatory - ROJ, \$11,95^{}\$
                         S, \$76,87^{}\$W, \$0.9^{}\$ N dip latitude) coasts along
the magnetic equator in the South American, characterized by
different magnetic declination angles. The zonal and vertical
electric field components are inferred from the Doppler shifts of
Type II echoes detected by the 50 MHz backscatter coherent (RESCO)
radar at OSL and the Jicamarca Unattended Long-term Investigations
of the Ionosphere and Atmosphere (JULIA) at ROJ during the last
solar minimum (from 2001 to 2009 at OSL and from 2006 to 2010 at
ROJ). A magnetic field-line integrated conductivity model was
developed to provide the conductivities in the Brazilian and
Peruvian sectors. The model considers a multi-species ionosphere
and a multi-species neutral atmosphere, and uses the IRI-2007, the
MISIS-2000 and the IGRF-11 models as input parameters for
ionosphere, neutral atmosphere and geomagnetic field,
respectively. The main results of this study show that (1) the
electric fields are strongest at ROJ compared to the OSL. (2) The
electric fields have maxima in summer at OSL, but it has maxima in
equinoxes at ROJ. This seasonal behavior of the electric fields at
each station are controlled by the magnetic declination angle at
that station (-\$20.4^{}\$ at OSL and -\$0.8^{}\$ at ROJ),
which determines the seasonal variation of the sunset times at its
conjugated ionospheric E layers. (3) The magnitude of the
equatorial electrojet electric fields is more variable with
seasonal and solar cycle over OSL than over ROJ.",
