                         sensores. Os estados de atitude s{\~a}o propagados utilizando as 
                         equa{\c{c}}{\~o}es da din{\^a}mica do movimento. S{\~a}o 
                         analisados efeitos que surgem durante a transi{\c{c}}{\~a}o nos 
                         modos opera{\c{c}}{\~a}o. {\'E} considerado um sistema de 
                         controle em malha fechada com atuadores caracterizados de tal modo 
                         a representar o comportamento de propulsores, rodas de 
                         rea{\c{c}}{\~a}o e bobinas magn{\'e}ticas. N{\~a}o se pretende 
                         neste trabalho especificar as causas das falhas e/ou 
                         perturba{\c{c}}{\~o}es, bem como especificar detalhes 
                         tecnol{\'o}gicos dos sensores e atuadores que podem ser 
                         utilizados em um ve{\'{\i}}culo real. Com aux{\'{\i}}lio de 
                         simula{\c{c}}{\~o}es busca-se analisar os efeitos dessas 
                         transi{\c{c}}{\~o}es entre os modos de opera{\c{c}}{\~a}o e 
                         estudar casos que possam fornecer informa{\c{c}}{\~o}es sob 
                         diversas condi{\c{c}}{\~o}es de configura{\c{c}}{\~a}o. 
                         ABSTRACT: This work considers the problem of transition between 
                         operating modes and attitude control analyzing the actuator system 
                         with sensors aid. The attitude is propagated using the dynamic 
                         movement equations. It is analyzed the effects that arise during 
                         the transition of operating modes. A control system closed loop is 
                         considered with actuators wich represent the behavior of 
                         propellers, reaction wheel and magnetic coils. It is not intended 
                         in this study to specify the causes of the faults and / or 
                         disturbances as well as specify technological details of the 
                         sensors and actuators that can be used in a real vehicle. With 
                         simulations of aid seeks to analyze the effects of these 
                         transitions between the operating modes and study cases who can 
                         provide information on various setting conditions.",
