             abstract = "Raios c{\'o}smicos s{\~a}o part{\'{\i}}culas, de altas 
                         energias, eletricamente carregadas que podem ser de origem solar, 
                         gal{\'a}ctica ou extra-gal{\'a}ctica. No interior da Heliosfera, 
                         o transporte dessas part{\'{\i}}culas sofre 
                         modula{\c{c}}{\~o}es por fen{\^o}menos (recorrentes e 
                         transientes) solares. Dentre as varia{\c{c}}{\~o}es temporais 
                         peri{\'o}dicas da intensidade do fluxo de raios c{\'o}smicos 
                         observados na Terra, este trabalho se concentrou na 
                         varia{\c{c}}{\~a}o diurna, que {\'e} caracterizada por um 
                         comportamento harm{\^o}nico com m{\'a}ximo entre as 12 e 18 
                         horas locais, provocado, principalmente, pelos processos de 
                         difus{\~a}o e convec{\c{c}}{\~a}o das part{\'{\i}}culas 
                         c{\'o}smicas no meio interplanet{\'a}rio. De forma mais 
                         espec{\'{\i}}fica, o objetivo desse trabalho foi estudar as 
                         mudan{\c{c}}as na amplitude e fase da varia{\c{c}}{\~a}o diurna 
                         em diferentes per{\'{\i}}odos do ciclo solar (entre 2007 e 2015) 
                         e per{\'{\i}}odos perturbados pela passagem de feixes de vento 
                         solar r{\'a}pido. Para a realiza{\c{c}}{\~a}o desse estudo, 
                         utilizou-se dados do detector multidirecional de m{\'u}ons, 
                         localizado em S{\~a}o Martinho da Serra (RS) (OES/CRC/INPE), 
                         dados do GDAS (Global Data Assimilation System) e dados do 
                         sat{\'e}lite ACE. Ap{\'o}s a elimina{\c{c}}{\~a}o e 
                         corre{\c{c}}{\~a}o das varia{\c{c}}{\~o}es de contagem, 
                         relacionadas a problemas na eletr{\^o}nica do detector, 
                         estudou-se as varia{\c{c}}{\~o}es associadas a mudan{\c{c}}as 
                         de temperatura e press{\~a}o atmosf{\'e}rica, atrav{\'e}s de 
                         duas metodologias diferentes: uma baseada na forma linear e a 
                         outra na forma exponencial de descrever esse fen{\^o}meno. 
                         Observou-se que as duas formas de corrigir os dados s{\~a}o 
                         igualmente eficientes. Al{\'e}m disso, verificou-se que a 
                         execu{\c{c}}{\~a}o dessa corre{\c{c}}{\~a}o {\'e} fundamental 
                         para melhor obten{\c{c}}{\~a}o do perfil da varia{\c{c}}{\~a}o 
                         diurna relacionada ao transporte dos raios c{\'o}smicos no meio 
                         interplanet{\'a}rio. A partir da an{\'a}lise da 
                         varia{\c{c}}{\~a}o diurna em diferentes per{\'{\i}}odos do 
                         ciclo solar, verificou-se que sua amplitude possui uma boa 
                         rela{\c{c}}{\~a}o com o n{\'u}mero de manchas solares, enquanto 
                         que sua fase n{\~a}o exibiu nenhuma caracter{\'{\i}}stica 
                         conclusiva. Por fim, ao comparar a varia{\c{c}}{\~a}o diurna 
                         observada em per{\'{\i}}odos calmos com aquela observada em 
                         per{\'{\i}}odos perturbados, notou-se que a amplitude associada 
                         {\`a} passagem de feixes de vento solar r{\'a}pido {\'e} maior 
                         do que a obtida em per{\'{\i}}odos calmos, principalmente, no 
                         dia anterior {\`a} chegada do feixe. Al{\'e}m disso, observou-se 
                         que o processo de convec{\c{c}}{\~a}o {\'e} mais significativo 
                         durante e ap{\'o}s o aumento de velocidade do vento solar. 
                         ABSTRACT: Cosmic rays are high energy charged particles of 
                         extra-galactical, galatical or solar origin. In the Heliosphere, 
                         the transport of these particles is influenced by (transient and 
                         recurrent) solar phenomena. Among the temporal variations of 
                         cosmic ray intensity observed at Earth, this work is focused on 
                         the diurnal variation, which is characterized by a periodic 
                         behavior with maximum value between 12 and 18 hours LT (local 
                         time) mainly caused by the diffusion and convection processes of 
                         cosmic ray particles in the interplanetary medium. Precisely, the 
                         main objective of this work is to study the changes in the diurnal 
                         variation (amplitude and phase) during different periods of the 
                         solar cycle (between years 2007 and 2015) and including periods 
                         disturbed by the arrival of high speed solar wind streams. For 
                         that, we used data from: The S{\~a}o Martinho da Serra (SMS) 
                         multidirectional muon detector (Southern Space Observatory- 
                         SSO/CRC/INPE), the Global Data Assimilation System (GDAS) and the 
                         ACE satellite. Initially, problems in the SMS detector data 
                         related to electronic issues on this detector were identified and 
                         eliminated or corrected. After that, we analyzed the influences 
                         associated with the atmospheric temperature and atmospheric 
                         pressure through two different methodologies: based in a linear 
                         and an exponential description of this phenomenon. We found that 
                         both presented similar results. Besides that, we confirmed that 
                         the elimination of atmospheric influences is fundamental to get 
                         the diurnal variation profile related to the transport of cosmic 
                         ray particles in the interplanetary medium. From the analysis of 
                         the diurnal variation in different solar cycle periods, we 
                         observed that there is a relationship between the behave of the 
                         sunspot number and the amplitude of the diurnal variation. On the 
                         other hand, the analysis of the phase of this variation did not 
                         exhibit any conclusive characteristics. Finally, comparing the 
                         diurnal variation observed in calm periods with that seen in 
                         periods disturbed very likely by the arrival of high-speed solar 
                         wind streams, we observed a higher amplitude of the diurnal 
                         variation on disturbed periods, mainly on the day before the 
                         stream arrival. Moreover, we infered that the convection process 
                         is more significant during and after the increase of the solar 
                         wind velocity corroborating the theory.",
