                         el{\'e}tricas atmosf{\'e}ricas ocorrem devido {\`a}s 
                         condi{\c{c}}{\~o}es termodin{\^a}micas e a sistemas de escala 
                         sin{\'o}tica. Este estudo buscou analisar as 
                         condi{\c{c}}{\~o}es meteorol{\'o}gicas, em escala 
                         sin{\'o}tica, que geraram maior n{\'u}mero de descargas 
                         atmosf{\'e}ricas, nas regi{\~o}es metropolitanas de S{\~a}o 
                         Paulo e Campinas, nos meses de ver{\~a}o, no per{\'{\i}}odo de 
                         janeiro de 2012 at{\'e} mar{\c{c}}o de 2015. Foram separados os 
                         20 maiores acumulados di{\'a}rios de cada regi{\~a}o. Para a 
                         escolha desses dias foi utilizado os dados de descargas 
                         atmosf{\'e}ricas nuvem-solo da rede BrasilDat. A an{\'a}lise 
                         meteorol{\'o}gica utilizou dados de rean{\'a}lise do NCEP/NCAR 
                         (para plotar as vari{\'a}veis meteorol{\'o}gicas), imagens de 
                         sat{\'e}lite georrefrenciadas e imagens de radar. Dos resultados 
                         pode-se observar que, dentre os 40 casos selecionados, as 
                         tempestades que geraram esses acumulados di{\'a}rios tiveram como 
                         causa principal a termodin{\^a}mica (60\% dos casos); os demais 
                         dias foram influenciados por sistemas de escala sin{\'o}tica 
                         (40\% dos casos). Esses sistemas de escala sin{\'o}tica s{\~a}o 
                         os cavados, ZCAS e sistemas frontais Por meio da an{\'a}lise das 
                         imagens de sat{\'e}lite e de radar, no hor{\'a}rio de pico das 
                         descargas, pode-se dizer que o comportamento da temperatura de 
                         topo da nuvem de tempestade e os valores de refletividade do radar 
                         n{\~a}o apresentaram rela{\c{c}}{\~a}o direta com o pico de 
                         descargas. As c{\'e}lulas convectivas com a menor temperatura de 
                         topo nem sempre estavam relacionados com os maiores picos de 
                         descargas. O mesmo ocorre com a refletividade do radar. ABSTRACT: 
                         The southeastern region of Brazil is subject to the occurrence of 
                         several meteorological phenomena during the summer months of the 
                         year. Thunderstorms with lightning occur due to thermodynamic 
                         conditions and systems of synoptic scale. This study aims to 
                         examine the meteorological conditions, on a scale synoptic, which 
                         generated the highest number of lightning in the metropolitan 
                         regions of S{\~a}o Paulo and Campinas, in the summer months, 
                         during the period from January 2012 to March 2015. In each region 
                         the 20 largest daily accumulated were considered. To choose these 
                         days we used the data of cloud-to-ground lightning, of BrasilDat. 
                         For the weather analysis, we used data from review of the 
                         NCEP/NCAR (for plotting the meteorological variables), 
                         georeferenced satellite imagery and radar images. From the results 
                         it can be observed that among the 40 selected cases, the storms 
                         that cause those daily accumulated had as the main cause the 
                         thermodynamics (60\% of cases); the remaining days were 
                         influenced by systems of synoptic scale (40\% of cases). These 
                         systems of synoptic scale are dug, ZCAS and front systems. Through 
                         the analysis of satellite images and radar, at peak times of 
                         cloud-to-ground lightning, it can be said that the behavior of the 
                         temperature of top of the storm cloud and the values of 
                         reflectivity of the radar showed no direct relationship with the 
                         cloud-to-ground lightning peak. The convective cells with the 
                         lowest temperature of top were not always related to the greatest 
                         cloud-to-ground lightning peak, the same occurs with the 
                         reflectivity of the radar.",
