AbstractEste trabalho apresenta o modelo matemático do comportamento dinâmico de um satélite com três rodas de reação, cada uma com seu eixo principal de inércia axial alinhado com um dos eixos principais de inércia do veículo. A formulação de Euler foi utilizada para deduzir as equações do movimento. Os torques de controle associados com as rodas de reação foram também deduzidos e o sistema de seis equações do movimento do satélite e das rodas de reação foi escrito numa forma apropriada para ser integrado numericamente. ABSTRACT: This work presents the mathematical model of the dynamic behavior of a satellite with three wheels, each of them having its axial principal axis of inertia aligned with a principal axis of inertia of the vehicle. The Euler formulation has been used in order to derive the dynamic equations of motion. Also the control torques associated with the wheeels have been derived and the system of six equations of the satellite and the wheels motion have been writeen in a form fit to be integrated numerically.
