tropicais do mundo. No Brasil, em 2019, ocorreram 197.634 focos de
queimadas detectados por sat{\'e}lite. O objetivo desse estudo
foi analisar a distribui{\c{c}}{\~a}o espacial dos focos de
queimadas e desmatamento no estado do Par{\'a}. As bases
cartogr{\'a}ficas foram obtidas do IBGE, os dados
meteorol{\'o}gicos do INMET, focos de queimadas e desmatamento do
INPE. Os resultados apontaram que 10 munic{\'{\i}}pios
representaram um percentual superior a 50% dos focos de queimadas.
As mesorregi{\~o}es do Sudeste e Sudoeste Paraense apresentaram
as maiores quantidades de focos de queimadas e pol{\'{\i}}gono
de desmatamento. O munic{\'{\i}}pio de Altamira apresentou o
maior n{\'u}mero de focos e pol{\'{\i}}gonos de desmatamento. O
uso de geotecnologias na an{\'a}lise de focos de queimadas,
associada a dados ambientais, se mostrou bastante eficiente.
Portanto, o monitoramento desses focos pode auxiliar no processo
de gest{\~a}o ambiental e apontar caminhos para a sa{\'u}de
p{\'u}blica local. ABSTRACT: The Amazon rainforest represents a
third of the world's tropical forests. In Brazil, in 2019, there
were 197,634 fires detected by satellite. The objective of this
study was to analyze the spatial distribution of fires and
deforestation in the state of Par{\'a}. The cartographic bases
were obtained from IBGE, meteorological data from INMET, fires and
deforestation from INPE. The results showed that 10 municipalities
represented a percentage greater than 50% of fire outbreaks. The
Sudeste and Sudoeste Paraense mesoregions had the highest amounts
of fires and deforestation polygons. The municipality of Altamira
had the highest number of deforestation foci and polygons. The use
of geotechnologies in the analysis of fire outbreaks, associated
with environmental data, proved to be quite efficient. Therefore,
monitoring these outbreaks can help in the environmental
management process and point out ways to improve local public
health.",
