                         id{\'e}ia de despertar interesse sobre o assunto, por{\'e}m 
                         n{\'o}s procuraremos dar {\^e}nfase a m{\'e}todos de medidas de 
                         alguns par{\^a}metros que s{\~a}o primordiais nestes tipos de 
                         projeto. Inicialmente veremos um resumo da teoria sobre sensores 
                         de aspecto usando o sistema {"}flux-gate{"} que {\'e} usado 
                         freq{\"u}entemente em lan{\c{c}}amentos de foguetes para fins 
                         cient{\'{\i}}ficos tanto no Campo de Lan{\c{c}}amentos da 
                         Barreira do Inferno como em outros centros de 
                         opera{\c{c}}{\~a}o. Depois faremos uma analise das maneiras de 
                         abordar o m{\'e}todo de projetar dispositivos que realmente 
                         s{\~a}o capazes de controlar a atitude de sat{\'e}lites em 
                         {\'o}rbita. Abstract This work is essentially based on the idea 
                         of awakening interest in the subject, but we will try to emphasize 
                         methods of measurements of some parameters that are essential in 
                         these types of projects. Initially we will see a summary of the 
                         theory aspect of sensors using the system {"}flux-gate{"} which is 
                         often used in rocket launches for scientific purposes both 
                         Launches Field of the Blasted Lands as in other operations 
                         centers. Then we make an analysis of ways to approach the method 
                         of designing devices that actually are able to control the 
                         satellite attitude in orbit.",
