                         estudar os fen{\^o}menos, associados {\`a} atividade solar, 
                         respons{\'a}veis pelas varia{\c{c}}{\~o}es de curto prazo nos 
                         dados de raios c{\'o}smicos secund{\'a}rios (m{\'u}ons e 
                         n{\^e}utrons), medidos em superf{\'{\i}}cie. Utilizaram-se 
                         s{\'e}ries temporais de 2001 a 2002, {\'e}poca de m{\'a}xima 
                         atividade solar, do Prot{\'o}tipo do Detector Multidirecional de 
                         M{\'u}ons (PDMM), instalado no Observat{\'o}rio Espacial do Sul, 
                         no munic{\'{\i}}pio de S{\~a}o Martinho da Serra, RS. Os dados 
                         de m{\'u}ons foram corrigidos pelo efeito de press{\~a}o 
                         atmosf{\'e}rica, que {\'e} anticorrelacionado com o fluxo de 
                         raios c{\'o}smicos secund{\'a}rios. Os dados de n{\^e}utrons 
                         foram adquiridos do Monitor de N{\^e}utrons de Thule. Os dados 
                         representativos da atividade solar foram obtidos do sat{\'e}lite 
                         Advanced Composition Explorer (ACE). As s{\'e}ries temporais 
                         foram analisadas mediante a aplica{\c{c}}{\~a}o de An{\'a}lise 
                         por Regress{\~a}o Iterativa (ARIST) e transformada wavelet de 
                         Morlet. O ARIST {\'e} uma t{\'e}cnica espectral cl{\'a}ssica 
                         que fornece informa{\c{c}}{\~o}es globais referentes {\`a} 
                         frequ{\^e}ncia, amplitude e fase embutidas em uma s{\'e}rie 
                         temporal. Por meio da an{\'a}lise wavelet obt{\'e}m-se a 
                         evolu{\c{c}}{\~a}o temporal das periodicidades e amplitudes. 
                         Deu-se destaque a periodicidade de 13,5 dias, ocorrida entre 
                         outubro de 2001 e janeiro de 2002, tanto nos dados de raios 
                         c{\'o}smicos secund{\'a}rios quanto nos dados representativos da 
                         atividade solar. Sugere-se que a ocorr{\^e}ncia da 
                         oscila{\c{c}}{\~a}o de 13,5 dias seja decorrente de casuais 
                         efeitos combinados de Eje{\c{c}}{\~o}es de Massa Coronal e 
                         Regi{\~o}es de Intera{\c{c}}{\~a}o Corrotantes. A 
                         varia{\c{c}}{\~a}o diurna nos dados do PDMM foi identificada 
                         utilizando-se a t{\'e}cnica de an{\'a}lise de {\'e}poca 
                         superposta. ABSTRACT: The purpose of this work is to study the 
                         phenomena associated with solar activity, responsible for 
                         short-term variations in the secondary cosmic ray data (muons and 
                         neutrons), measured at the surface. We used time series from 2001 
                         to 2002, time of maximum solar activity, from the prototype of the 
                         Multidirectional Muon Detector (PDMM), installed at the Southern 
                         Space Observatory, in S{\~a}o Martinho da Serra, RS. The data of 
                         muons were corrected by the effect of atmospheric pressure, which 
                         is anticorrelated with the flux of secondary cosmic rays. The 
                         neutron data were acquired from Thule Neutron Monitor. 
                         Representative data of solar activity were obtained from Advanced 
                         Composition Explorer (ACE) satellite. The time series were 
                         analyzed by applying Iterative Regression Analysis (ARIST) and the 
                         Morlet wavelet transform. The ARIST is a classical spectral 
                         technique that provides comprehensive information regarding the 
                         frequency, amplitude and phase embedded in a series. By wavelet 
                         analyses it is obtained the temporal evolution of frequency and 
                         amplitude. It has given importance to the frequency of 13.5 days, 
                         which occurred between October 2001 and January 2002, both in 
                         secondary cosmic ray data and the data representative of the solar 
                         activity. It is suggested that the occurrence of oscillation of 
                         13.5 days is arising from casual combined effects of Coronal Mass 
                         Ejections and Co-rotating Interaction Regions. Finally, the 
                         diurnal variation on data from PDMM was identified using the 
                         technique of superposed epoch.",
