Acad{\^e}micas {\'e} um t{\'o}pico de grande interesse no mundo
e sempre trouxe muitas pol{\^e}micas. Esse assunto {\'e} atual
no Brasil, pois a CAPES estuda novas formas de
avalia{\c{c}}{\~a}o para a P{\'o}s-Gradua{\c{c}}{\~a}o
brasileira. A ideia principal {\'e} usar um modelo
multidimensional, de forma a valorizar aspectos que s{\~a}o
importantes para institui{\c{c}}{\~o}es Acad{\^e}micas e para
as comunidades onde est{\~a}o inseridas, mas que n{\~a}o
s{\~a}o captados pela avalia{\c{c}}{\~a}o atual, bastante
focada em resultados gerados por pesquisas de ponta. Na
aus{\^e}ncia de uso de m{\'e}todos multidimensionais de
avalia{\c{c}}{\~a}o acad{\^e}mica no Brasil, {\'e}
interessante analisar experi{\^e}ncias internacionais nessa
{\'a}rea para aprimorar o entendimento de como eles funcionam.
Nesse cen{\'a}rio destaca-se o ranking acad{\^e}mico
internacional U-Multirank, criado na Europa e que tem resultados
desde 2014. O presente estudo analisar{\'a} as Dimens{\~o}es e
Indicadores desse ranking e mostrar{\'a} as
correla{\c{c}}{\~o}es existentes entre Dimens{\~o}es e
Indicadores nas institui{\c{c}}{\~o}es de Ensino Espanholas.
ABSTRACT: Evaluation of Academic Institutions is of great interest
in the world, always causing controversies. This subject is
current in Brazil, because CAPES is studying new forms to evaluate
Brazilian Graduate Programs. The main idea is to use
multidimensional models, to consider aspects that are important
for academic institutions and for the communities where they are
inserted, but that are not captured by the current evaluation,
which is focused on results generated by international research.
In the absence of multidimensional evaluation methods in Brazil,
it is interesting to analyze international experiences in this
area, to improve our understanding on how they work. In this
scenario, the international academic ranking U-Multirank stands
out. It was created in Europe and has results available since
2014. The present paper will analyze the Dimensions and Indicators
of this ranking and their correlations in Spanish Education
Institutions.",
