             abstract = "Dentro do per{\'{\i}}odo em que n{\'o}s humanos estamos atuando 
                         como agentes modificadores do planeta Terra, se torna uma tarefa 
                         substancialmente eficiente, estudar fen{\^o}menos de 
                         intera{\c{c}}{\~a}o entre o oceano e a atmosfera. Nesse sentido, 
                         a pesquisa visa analisar um fen{\^o}meno de mesoescala denominado 
                         de v{\'o}rtice cicl{\^o}nico de mesoescala (VCM), associado a 
                         casos de extrema precipita{\c{c}}{\~a}o dentro de casos de 
                         ocorr{\^e}ncia de Zona de Converg{\^e}ncia do Atl{\^a}ntico Sul 
                         (ZCAS) no ver{\~a}o austral. Na busca de elucidar causas e 
                         consequ{\^e}ncias das inunda{\c{c}}{\~o}es, deslizamentos, 
                         enxurradas e demais situa{\c{c}}{\~o}es que causam desastres 
                         naturais (DNs). Para isso foram feitas an{\'a}lises a partir do 
                         uso de tecnologia especializada como cluster, algoritmos e dados 
                         de rean{\'a}lise de vari{\'a}veis f{\'{\i}}sicas de modelos 
                         utilizados em centros operacionais internacionais da National 
                         Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Resultados mostram 
                         VCMs atuantes em casos de ZCAS associados a DNs. ABSTRACT: Within 
                         the period that we humans are acting as modifying agents of planet 
                         Earth, becomes a substantially efficient task to study interaction 
                         phenomena between the ocean and the atmosphere. In this sense, the 
                         research aims to analyse a mesoscale, phenomenon called the 
                         mesoscale cyclonic vortex (MCV) associated with cases of extreme 
                         precipitation within cases of occurrence of the South Atlantic 
                         Convergence Zone (SACZ) in the austral summer. In the search to 
                         elucidate causes and consequences of floods, landslides, flash 
                         floods and other situations that cause natural disasters (NDs). 
                         For this, analyzes were made using specialized technology such as 
                         clustering, algorithms and reanalysis data of physical variables 
                         of models used in international operational centers of National 
                         Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). results show the 
                         role of VCMs acting in cases of SACZ associated with DNs.",
