                         atrav{\'e}s do desenvolvimento de um programa computacional para 
                         o c{\'a}lculo de manobras aerodin{\^a}micas e das manobras

                         Al{\'e}m do desenvolvimento num{\'e}rico, um estudo 
                         anal{\'{\i}}tico contempla a realiza{\c{c}}{\~a}o da fase 
                         aeroassistida deste tipo de manobra. Nessa an{\'a}lise, 
                         est{\~a}o inclu{\'{\i}}dos um estudo dos limites t{\'e}rmicos 
                         associados com a passagem de um ve{\'{\i}}culo pela atmosfera e 
                         outro sobre a an{\'a}lise dos erros associados. Diversas 
                         simula{\c{c}}{\~o}es de manobras aerodin{\^a}micas s{\~a}o 
                         realizadas e comparadas com mudan{\c{c}}as orbitais desenvolvidas 
                         fora da atmosfera. Conclui-se que se trata de um problema 
                         extremamente dependente das condi{\c{c}}{\~o}es iniciais e que 
                         cada miss{\~a}o merece uma an{\'a}lise individual cuidadosa. 
                         Al{\'e}m disso, os resultados oriundos da formula{\c{c}}{\~a}o 
                         anal{\'{\i}}tica mostram-se em comum acordo com os resultados 
                         num{\'e}ricos nas camadas mais altas da atmosfera terrestre. 
                         ABSTRACT: This work presents an analysis of space missions through 
                         the development of a software package for the calculation of 
                         aerodynamic maneuvers and of the required thrust maneuvers for 
                         their implementation. Besides the numerical development, an 
                         analytical study contemplates the accomplishment of the 
                         aeroassisted phase of this maneuver type. This analysis includes a 
                         study of the thermal limits associated with a vehicle passage 
                         through the atmosphere as well as an analysis of the associated 
                         errors. Several simulations of aerodynamic maneuvers are carried 
                         out and compared with orbital changes accomplished outside of the 
                         atmosphere. Among the conclusions, it is shown that the problem is 
                         extremely sensitive to the initial conditions and each mission 
                         deserves a careful individual analysis. Finally, the results 
                         obtained from the analytical formulation are shown to be in 
                         agreement with the numerical results for the upper layers of the 
                         terrestrial atmosphere.",
