                         geophysical phenomena, an iterative regression analysis is 
                         performed in compliled C language. This program uses a least 
                         square regression described by Wolberg [1]; It provides the 
                         amplitude, period and phase of individual sine components with 
                         their uncertainties. Weighting input data according to their 
                         uncertainties is also incorporated.",
