             abstract = "Abstract The objective of the research program of the present 
                         proposal is to continue providing elements of study of phenomena 
                         related to geomagnetism. We are already complementing ionospheric 
                         measurements made in this laboratory with geomagnetic field 
                         measurements made on the ground, and in a near future with 
                         rockets. The study of micropulsations is the primary interest 
                         concerning the geomagnetic field measurements on this laboratory 
                         at the moment, and this is the reason why a rubidium vapor 
                         magnetometer is needed. Resumo O objetivo do programa da presente 
                         proposta de pesquisa {\'e} o de continuar a fornecer elementos de 
                         estudo de fen{\'o}menos relacionados com a geomagnetismo. 
                         N{\'o}s j{\'a} estamos complementando medi{\c{c}}{\~o}es 
                         ionosf{\'e}ricas feitas neste laborat{\'o}rio com 
                         medi{\c{c}}{\~o}es do campo geomagn{\'e}tico feitas no 
                         ch{\~a}o e, em um futuro pr{\'o}ximo com foguetes. O estudo da 
                         micropulsacoes {\'e} o principal interesse sobre as 
                         medi{\c{c}}{\~o}es do campo geomagn{\'e}tico neste 
                         laborat{\'o}rio no momento, e esta {\'e} a raz{\~a}o pela qual 
                         um magnet{\^o}metro vapor de rub{\'{\i}}dio {\'e} 
                         necess{\'a}rio.",
