abstract = "Quando apenas os termos seculares devido ao achatamento do corpo
central s{\~a}o considerados no potencial gravitacional, os
valores cl{\'a}ssicos da inclina{\c{c}}{\~a}o cr{\'{\i}}tica
s{\~a}o de 63.43 e 116.57 para as {\'o}rbitas direta e
retr{\'o}grada, respectivamente, e os da inclina{\c{c}}{\~a}o
helioss{\'{\i}}ncrona s{\~a}o, por sua vez, constantes e
retr{\'o}grados para cada par de semieixo maior e excentricidade.
Se termos setoriais s{\~a}o inclu{\'{\i}}dos na
fun{\c{c}}{\~a}o perturbadora, as equa{\c{c}}{\~o}es de
movimento se acoplam, e a busca por inclina{\c{c}}{\~o}es
cr{\'{\i}}ticas e helioss{\'{\i}}ncronas passa a ser uma
tarefa n{\~a}o trivial. Com o objetivo de superar esta
dificuldade, tratando corretamente o acoplamento das
equa{\c{c}}{\~o}es e esclarecendo o efeito da
inser{\c{c}}{\~a}o do harm{\^o}nico setorial C22 na
fun{\c{c}}{\~a}o hamiltoniana, o conceito de
inclina{\c{c}}{\~o}es quase-cr{\'{\i}}ticas {\'e} acurado e o
de inclina{\c{c}}{\~o}es quase-helioss{\'{\i}}ncronas {\'e}
introduzido. Tais inclina{\c{c}}{\~o}es s{\~a}o encontradas com
o aux{\'{\i}}lio do formalismo hamiltoniano, sob a luz da
otimiza{\c{c}}{\~a}o n{\~a}o-linear, para sat{\'e}lites
artificiais ao redor da Lua, Io, Europa, Ganimedes, Calisto e
Tit{\~a}. Nesse sentido, o presente trabalho faz as seguintes
novas contribui{\c{c}}{\~o}es para os problemas de
inclina{\c{c}}{\~a}o cr{\'{\i}}tica e {\'o}rbitas
helioss{\'{\i}}ncronas: i) aplica ferramentas de
programa{\c{c}}{\~a}o n{\~a}o-linear a um problema de teoria de
perturba{\c{c}}{\~o}es; ii) obt{\'e}m inclina{\c{c}}{\~o}es
retr{\'o}gradas quase-cr{\'{\i}}ticas e
quase-helioss{\'{\i}}ncronas (ambos os casos inexistentes na
literatura); iii) e, finalmente, encontra {\'o}rbitas
quase-cr{\'{\i}}ticas e quase-helioss{\'{\i}}ncronas em torno
dos sat{\'e}lites planet{\'a}rios supracitados. ABSTRACT: When
only the secular terms due to the central body oblateness are
considered in the gravitational potential, the critical
inclination classical values are about 63.43 and 116.57 for the
direct and retrograde orbits, respectively, and the ones of the
heliosynchronous inclination are, in turn, constant and retrograde
for each pair of semi-major axis and eccentricity. If sectoral
terms are included into the disturbing function, the equations of
motion become coupled, then searching for critical and
heliosynchronous inclinations are not a trivial task. For the
purpose of overcoming this difficulty, treating accordingly the
coupling of the equations and shedding light on the effect of
inserting the C22 sectoral hamornic in the hamiltonian function,
the quasi-critical inclinations concept is refined and the
quasi-heliosynchronous inclinations one is introduced. Such
inclinations are found with the aid of the hamiltonian formalism,
under the light of nonlinear optimization, for artificial
satellites around the Moon, Io, Europa, Ganymede, Callisto and
Titan. In this sense, the present work makes the following new
contributions to the problems of critical inclination and
heliosynchronous orbits: i) application of the nonlinear
programming tools to a perturbation theory problem; ii) the
obtainment of quasi-critical and quasi-heliosynchronous retrograde
inclinations (both cases not existing in the literature); iii)
and, finally, finding quasi-critical and quasi-heliosynchronous
orbits around the aforementioned planetary satellites.",
