%X This study aimed to analyze the spatial-temporal distribution of rainfall over an area (25 km x 25 km) considered heavily deforested in the Amazon basin. For this analysis, we used the SRTM topography of this area, precipitation estimates from the monthly TRMM rainfall product 3B43_V6 during the period 1998 to 2009, and annual deforestation estimates from PRODES Digital during the period 2000 to 2008. The monthly, seasonal and annual mean rainfall and rainfall anomalies were calculated, along with the survey (spatial) deforestation, over the entire grid and sub-grids (5 km x 5 km), making it possible to identify the distinct characteristics of these surfaces. In general, it was noted that deforestation and topography appear to exert a certain influence on precipitation, such as in their maximum and minimum centers. This influence is most evident on its seasonal distribution during the less rainy seasons and less visible during the rainy seasons.
