                         multi-espectrais de recursos naturais, obtidas pelo LANDSAT, foram 
                         implementados dois m{\'e}todos, ambos baseados na t{\'e}cnica de 
                         {"}table look-up{"}: das duas tabelas (Capitulo II) e outro usando 
                         a estrutura de dados acessada com {"}hashing{"} (Capitulo III). 
                         Foi implementado tamb{\'e}m um sistema de 
                         classifica{\c{c}}{\~a}o utilizando agrega{\c{c}}{\~a}o 
                         ({"}clustering{"}), segundo o algo ritmo ISODATA (Capitulo IV). 
                         ABSTRACT: Two computational methods were implemented, with the 
                         objective of optimizing the classification time of earth resources 
                         multispectral images, obtained through the Landsat. Both methods 
                         were based on the table look-up approach: one uses too tables 
                         (Chapter 2) and the other uses a data structure accessed through 
                         hashing (Chapter 3). Furthermore, a classification sys tem using 
                         clustering was also implernented, based on the ISODATA 
                         algorithm.",
