abstract = "Neste trabalho analisamos estatisticamente manobras orbitais com
propuls{\~a}o finita sujeitas a erros no vetor empuxo.
sat{\'e}lite EUTELSAT LE-F2). Estas transfer{\^e}ncias foram
feitas com erros de m{\'o}dulo e dire{\c{c}}{\~a}o
({"}pitch{"}e {"}yaw{"}) no vetor empuxo aplicado ao
sat{\'e}lite.
(semi-eixo maior, excentricidade, inclina{\c{c}}{\~a}o, etc.)
foi realizado em fun{\c{c}}{\~a}o do desvio-padr{\~a}o de cada
erro no vetor empuxo. Como resultado, encontramos
rela{\c{c}}{\~o}es n{\~a}o lineares simples entre v{\'a}rios
pares deles.
outros elementos keplerianos.
consumo extra de combust{\'{\i}}vel apresenta
dire{\c{c}}{\~a}o do vetor empuxo.
semi-eixo maior final. Em todos os casos, correlacionados ou
n{\~a}o, os resultados alg{\'e}bricos confirmaram as
depend{\^e}ncias n{\~a}o lineares encontradas numericamente
entre cada causa e cada efeito. ABSTRACT: In this work we analyse
statistically nonimpulsive orbital maneuvers under thtust vector
errors. This study was conducted in three phases: the first one
being the implementation of one method of trajectory otitnization,
under a thrust without errors; the second one being a numerical
study on orbital transfers, under thrust vector errors; and
finally, the third one being an algebraic explanation for the
numerical results found. In the simulations of the first phase,
besides the implementation of the method, the test results of its
references were confirmed and improved with respect to the
satisfaction of the constraints in the keplerian elements of the
final orbits. In the simulations of the second phase two transfers
were studied: a) a coplanar low thrust maneuver (theoretical
example); b) a noncoplanar high thrust maneuver (practical
example: (the 1 a one of the EUTELSAT 11-F2 satellite). These
transfers were done under magnitude and direction ({"}pitch{"} and
{"}yaw{"}) thrust errors applied to the satellite. These were
modelled as stochastic processes of the systematic (randorn bias)
or operational (white or pink noises) types, with zero mean
uniform or gaussian probability density functions. A graphical
study of the 1 st. moment (mean) of the devi ation in each final
keplerian element (semi-major axis, eccentricity, etc.) was done
as a function of the standard deviation in each thrust vector
error. We found simple nonlinear relations between several pairs.
Besides this, a correlation study between the causes and the
effects in the final instant showed that the effect in a keplerian
element is relationed not only with the externai causes (thrust
errors), but with the cumulative effects in the other keplerian
elements. We found a linear relation between the mean deviations
in the final semimajor axis due to the unifonn and gaussian
errors. There was a break of this linearity in the cases of the
praticai example and/or operational error. A numerical study of
the r d. moment of the deviation in the finai semi-major axis was
also done, showing a linear relation with the standard deviation
of each thrust error. A preliminary study of correction maneuvers
showed that the extra fuel used presents almost linear increasing
relations with the standard deviation of the magnitude and
direction thrust errors. In the algebraic phase, with
aproximations but without loss of generality, we found relations
between the mean deviations in the final semi-major axis and final
eccentricity with the standard deviation in {"}pitch{"} error. The
cases were this error is not correlationed with the velocity and
with the radius vector were studied to get the mean deviations in
the final semi-major axis and in the final eccentricity,
respectively. The correlationed case was studied to get the mean
deviation in the final semi-major axis only. In ali cases,
correlationed or not correlationed, the algebraic results
confirmed the nonlinear dependences found numerically between each
cause and each effect.",
