sat{\'e}lites do projeto CBERS do INPE. Nestes sat{\'e}lites as
c{\'e}lulas do tipo GaInP/GaInAs/Ge s{\~a}o importadas da China
e caracterizadas pelo fabricante. Em fun{\c{c}}{\~a}o disto, o
Grupo de Dispositivos Fotovoltaicos - GDF do INPE viu a
necessidade de caracterizar e estudar estas c{\'e}lulas para
compreender melhor esta tecnologia. Este trabalho teve como
objetivo principal desenvolver t{\'e}cnicas para determinar a
resposta espectral destas c{\'e}lulas solares e tamb{\'e}m
realizar a caracteriza{\c{c}}{\~a}o el{\'e}trica das
c{\'e}lulas solares de tripla jun{\c{c}}{\~a}o. Para isto, foi
necess{\'a}rio modernizar o sistema de medida das curvas de
corrente por tens{\~a}o do GDF para permitir a
caracteriza{\c{c}}{\~a}o da c{\'e}lula solar de
jun{\c{c}}{\~a}o tripla. ABSTRACT: Triple junction solar cells
are used in modern satellites, such as the satellites of INPE
CBERS project. In these satellites GaInP/GaInAs/Ge type cells are
imported from China and characterized by the manufacturer. But
unfortunately such information is not available in details.
Therefore, Photovoltaic Devices Group - GDF of INPE felt the need
to characterize and study these cells to better understand this
technology. The main objective of this work was to develop
techniques to determine the spectral response of these solar cells
and also to perform the electrical characterization of triple
junction solar cells. Also, the current measurement system by
voltage curves of the GDF was improved to permit the
characterization of triple junction solar cell.",
