Equatorial Plasma Bubbles (EPBs) over South American equatorial
and low latitude region was planned to carry out in 2020-2023.
Scientific goal of the campaign is to study on seeding process of
the Equatorial Plasma Bubbles, contribution of atmospheric gravity
waves and traveling ionospheric disturbances. First workshop on
the campaign was held at INPE, Sao Jos´e dos Campos, 25-26
September, 2019, where discussed in the observation sites,
possible instrumentations, and the campaign period. The results of
the workshop will be summarized and presented proposed a campaign
