                         Espacial, em 08 jul. 2011) foi conduzida por duas 
                         super-pot{\^e}ncias (EUA e URSS), priorizando os requisitos 
                         cr{\'{\i}}ticos, por motivos pol{\'{\i}}ticos e militares, via 
                         a Garantia de Miss{\~a}o Espacial {{Cl{\'a}ssica;}} 2) a sua 
                         Fase de Transi{\c{c}}{\~a}o (Transition Space, do 
                         in{\'{\i}}cio da montagem da ISS (Esta{\c{c}}{\~a}o Espacial 
                         Internacional) em {\'o}rbita, em 20 nov. 1998 ao fim da sua 
                         montagem e in{\'{\i}}cio da sua opera{\c{c}}{\~a}o, em 08 jul. 
                         2011) incluiu 10 pa{\'{\i}}ses, priorizando a 
                         coopera{\c{c}}{\~a}o internacional, por motivos 
                         diplom{\'a}ticos e financeiros, via Garantias de Miss{\~o}es 
                         Espaciais {{Compartilhadas;}} 3) a sua Fase Contempor{\^a}nea 
                         (New Space, da funda{\c{c}}{\~a}o da SpaceX, em 06 maio 2002, ao 
                         dia presente, 24 nov. 2023) passou a incluir empresas, priorizando 
                         as restri{\c{c}}{\~o}es p{\'e}treas, por motivos comerciais e 
                         pela redu{\c{c}}{\~a}o de riscos, via a Garantia de Miss{\~a}o 
                         Espacial Moderna. Tais fases sugerem um balan{\c{c}}o entre elas 
                         e uma adequa{\c{c}}{\~a}o a miss{\~o}es e atores mais modestos. 
                         Assim, este trabalho apresenta uma nova abordagem para Garantia de 
                         Miss{\~a}o M{\'{\i}}nima Vi{\'a}vel (GMMV) para sat{\'e}lites 
                         de pequeno e m{\'e}dio porte considerando requisitos 
                         cr{\'{\i}}ticos, restri{\c{c}}{\~o}es p{\'e}treas e 
                         crit{\'e}rios de decis{\~a}o balanceados. Para isso, o trabalho: 
                         1) revisa e analisa a literatura sobre as Garantias de Miss{\~a}o 
                         Espacial Cl{\'a}ssica e Moderna, no {\^a}mbito nacional e 
                         internacional, tendo como foco sat{\'e}lites de pequeno e 
                         m{\'e}dio porte e identifica os processos, as atividades, e os 
                         documentos {{relacionados;}} 2) atrav{\'e}s de 
                         compara{\c{c}}{\~o}es entre estes, elenca as lacunas de 
                         conhecimento para poss{\'{\i}}veis adapta{\c{c}}{\~o}es e 
                         at{\'e} {{melhorias;}} 3) prop{\~o}e uma nova abordagem para a/ 
                         denominada de Garantia de Miss{\~a}o M{\'{\i}}nima Vi{\'a}vel 
                         e tamb{\'e}m um m{\'e}todo de sele{\c{c}}{\~a}o de requisitos 
                         cr{\'{\i}}ticos e restri{\c{c}}{\~o}es {{p{\'e}treas;}} 4) 
                         ilustra o m{\'e}todo por meio de uma aplica{\c{c}}{\~a}o a um 
                         estudo de caso, na {\'a}rea espacial. Ao fim do trabalho foi 
                         poss{\'{\i}}vel compreender profundamente os processos 
                         utilizados, seus padr{\~o}es, e apresentar algumas 
                         adequa{\c{c}}{\~o}es, melhorias inovadoras e exemplos de 
                         utiliza{\c{c}}{\~a}o. ABSTRACT: The history of space missions 
                         shows that: 1) its Pioneer Phase (Old Space, from the launch of 
                         Sputnik 1, on Oct. 4th, 1957, to the last launch of the Space 
                         Shuttle, on July 8th, 2011) was led by two superpowers (USA and 
                         USSR), prioritizing critical requirements, for political and 
                         military reasons, through the Classic Space Mission {{Assurance;}} 
                         2) its Transition Phase (Transition Space, from the beginning of 
                         the assembly of the ISS (International Space Station) in orbit, on 
                         Nov. 20th, 1998 to the end of its assembly and beginning of its 
                         operation, on July 08th, 2011) included ten countries, 
                         prioritizing international cooperation, for diplomatic and 
                         financial reasons, through Shared Space Mission {{Assurances;}} 3) 
                         its Contemporary Phase (New Space, from the founding of SpaceX, on 
                         May 06th, 2002, to today, Nov. 24th, 2023) begun including 
                         companies, prioritizing stone restrictions, for commercial reasons 
                         and reduction of risks through the Modern Space Mission Assurance. 
                         Such phases suggest a balance among them and adequating them to 
                         more modest missions and actors. Thus, this work presents a new 
                         approach to a Minimum Viable Mission Assurance (MVMA) for small 
                         and medium-sized satellites considering critical requirements, 
                         stone restrictions, and balanced decision criteria. To this end, 
                         the work: 1) reviews and analyzes the literature on Classic and 
                         Modern Space Mission Assurances at national and international 
                         levels, focusing on small and medium-sized satellites and 
                         identifies related activities, processes, and {{documents;}} 2) 
                         through comparisons among them, identify knowledge gaps for 
                         possible adaptations and even {{improvements;}} 3) proposes a new 
                         approach to the/ called of Minimum Viable Mission Assurance and 
                         also a method for selecting critical requirements and stone 
                         {{restrictions;}} 4) illustrates the method through an application 
                         to a case study, in the space area. At the end of the work, it was 
                         possible to deeply understand the processes used, their 
                         standards.",
