AbstractDiversas áreas científicas exigem a compreensão dos princípios físicos relacionados às propriedades radiométricas envolvidas na aquisição de dados por sensoriamento remoto. O objetivo deste trabalho é de apresentar uma metodologia experimental que proporcione o conhecimento dos princípios físicos referentes à reflectância e transmitância de uma superfície lambertiana. Os dados de radiometria medidos em laboratório foram analisados visando obter os espectros da radiância refletida e o fator de refletância bidirecional de cada amostra. Pôde-se verificar que a composição dos diferentes alvos avaliados determinou o comportamento espectral e * Several areas require scientific understanding of the physical principles related to the radiometric properties involved in the data acquisition by remote sensing. The aim of this paper is to present an experimental methodology that provides the knowledge of physical principles regarding the reflectance and transmittance of a Lambertian surface. The laboratory radiometric measurement data were analyzed in order to obtain the spectra of the reflected radiance and the bidirectional reflectance factor of each sample. It was possible to verify that the composition of the different targets evaluated determined the spectral behavior in different bands of the electromagnetic spectrum, in controlled lab conditions of luminosity and temperature.
