| Abstract | Este é um trabalho em andamento que tem como objetivo contribuir para um melhor entendimento dos processos físicos de interação ar-mar que ocorrem no Atlântico Sudoeste. Um fenômeno interessante verificado em análises, é a presença de anomalias de TSM tanto positivas quanto negativas próximo a região da Confluência Brasil-Malvinas que surgem com uma certa periodicidade e aparentemente tem uma relação com a circulação em baixos níveis e correntes daquela região. Ao final deste trabalho pretende-se avançar no conhecimento sobre a gênese, manutenção e periodicidade destas anomalias. ABSTRACT: This is a work in progress and the main goal is to better understand the air-sea physical processes taking place at Southwestern Atlantic. The alternation of positive and negative SST anomalies occurring at the Brazil-Malvinas Region is an interesting phenomenon. Apparently this phenomenon has a relation with the wind and current systems. At the end of this work it is intended to have knowledge to better understand the genesis, maintenance and periodicity of these anomalies. |
