| Abstract | O principal objetivo deste trabalho é divulgar como o INPE (Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais) vinculado ao MCT (Ministério da Ciência e Tecnologia) conseguiu implantar o seu serviço de segurança e saúde do trabalho. Este trabalho destaca como isso se tornou possível, as dificuldades encontradas e como estas foram superadas no transcorrer de sua implantação. São mostradas as atividades desenvolvidas por este grupo de segurança, principalmente em relação às empresas terceirizadas, que hoje possuem maior probabilidade de ocorrências de acidentes do trabalho. É mostrado também como este grupo de segurança conseguiu se implantar de forma amena agregando outros grupos já existentes, como as comissões formadas por servidores e designadas pelo diretor do instituto, de forma que não existe uma hierarquia, mas sim uma interface de trabalho. O governo também está preocupado com a segurança e a saúde de seus servidores, visto que possui um alto número de aposentadorias precoces, acidentes no trabalho e afastamentos, então além de estabelecer um grupo de estudo para avaliar e estudar este problema, sempre está publicando portarias, decretos, instruções normativas com o intuito de melhorar a qualidade de vida de seus servidores. O que se espera é que as leis trabalhistas existentes sejam adaptadas aos órgãos públicos para cobrir a brecha deixada na implantação do RJU em 1990. ABSTRACT - The main objective of this work is spread as the INPE (National Institute of Space Research) entailed the MCT (Ministry of Science and Technology) managed implant its service of safety and health of work. This work highlights as this became possible, the difficulties encountered and how they have been surpassed accrue its implementation. Are shown the activities developed by this group of safety, mainly in relation to partners, which today have a greater probability of occurrence of accidents at work. It is also shown how this security group obtained implant of form pleasant aggregating other groups that already exist, such as commissions formed by civil servants and designated by the director of the institute, so that there is no hierarchy, but an interface of work. The government is also concerned with the safety and health of their servants, since it possesses a high number of early pensions, accidents at work and departures, then in addition to establish a study group for studying and evaluating this problem, always publishing governmental ordinance, with the goal of improve the quality of life of its servants. What is expected that the laws are adapted to civil servant to cover the breach left in the implantation of RJU in 1990. | |||
