Abstract | We have developed a new technique to detection of Coronal Mass Eject (CME) by used image processing. This is technique permit determined the CME dynamic (distance, velocity and acceleration radial, and distance, velocity and acceleration expansion). The CME dynamic is determined by selection a direction radial in a given LASCO image, which starts just before the occulter (close to the center) and extends to the extremity of the image. By tacking a series of image and extracting the same direction radial, for each of them and placing them side by side. It is possible to have a time history of any moving feature inside this direction. This technique allows you to choose the number of directions that will be used in CME detecting, i.e., in determining its dynamics. |
