AbstractO objetivo deste documento é a introdução da solução adotada para a Rede Básica de Comunicação (RBC) como parte das discussões serem realizadas com especialistas da Agencia Espacial Européia (ESA) durante a Revisão Critica de Projeto (CDR) do Segmento Solo da MECB. A solução faz uso do Sistema COMPAC como desenvolvido no CPqD da TELEBRAS e prevê a utilização da rede RENPAC da EMBRATEL como uma possível solução temporária. ABSTRACT: The objective of this document is the introduction of the solution sought to the Basic Data Communication (RBC) Network as part of the discussions to be carried out with the European Space Agency (ESA) experts during the Critical Design Review (CDR) of the MECB Ground Segment. The solution makes use of the COMPAC System as developed by TELEBRAS/CPqD and foresees the utilization of EMBRATEL/RENPAC network as an eventual temporary solution.
