| Abstract | Este trabalho apresenta uma análise comparativa das propostas HUGHES e SPAR em resposta à licitação internacional lançada pelo sistema TELEBRÁS/EMBRATEL para fornecimento dos satélites da segunda geração do Sistema Brasileiro de Telecomunicações por Satélite - SBTS. A análise dos aspectos de conteúdo nacional e de transferência de tecnologia oferecidos ao INPE conduz a um parecer conclusivo da ETE sobre a proposta mais vantajosa. ABSTRACT: This work summarizes the proposals HUGHES and SPAR submitted to the TELEBRAS/EMBRATEL International Bidding to provide the second generation of satellites for the BRAZILIAN TELECOMMUNICATIONS SATELLITE SYSTEM-SBTS. An analysis of the national content envolvement and transfer of technology aspects offered to INPE leads to a conclusive choice of the most attractive proposal. | |||
